Slash Bloodvane is the leader of the Eternals as well as one of the Free Company's founding members. He's dealt with more than his fair share of struggles overtime and is a more than capable Main White Mage.
Slash may not be the first out the gate into new content, but rest assured when he's done with it he knows it all too well. He's seen the good and the bad of most if not all of the Eternals, and sticks around regardless.
